Requirements
- Develop goals and objectives for targeted growth
- Identify and build new client relationships, driving sales revenue and market share within your territory
- Conduct cold calls, face-to-face meetings, and presentations for prospective commercial clients
- Gather information on potential clients to create tailored presentations that address specific roofing needs
- Stay current on competitor offerings to highlight Empire’s advantages
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term business
- Report sales activities and insights to management weekly
- Stay informed on market and client trends, sharing key insights with leadership
- Participate in local professional organizations such as BOMA and IREM, and engage in relevant networking events
- Ability to problem-solve and offer tailored solutions for client needs
- Comfortable engaging with professionals across various levels within client and Tecta’s organizations
