Job Description
Oklahoma Roofing & Sheet Metal is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator for our Oklahoma City shop. The estimator will prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial roofing projects, analyze project plans and specifications, and support the sales and operations teams.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred)
- 3+ years of estimating experience with commercial roofing systems
- Strong understanding of roofing assemblies (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, BUR, metal roofing, coatings, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with estimating software and take-off tools (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Roofing-specific platforms)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office applications
