ERP Support Analyst- Microsoft Dynamics Nav/Business Central

Tecta America is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated ERP Support Analyst to join our growing ERP team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment—integrated with Project Pro and Serenic/Sylogist Payroll—while helping drive our migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with Project Pro and Integrity Data’s Payroll NOW.

Requirements

• Background in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (preferably versions 3.x–2009)
• Strong working knowledge of Project Pro and Payroll NOW by Integrity Data or Serenic/Sylogist Payroll
• Practical understanding of Financial, Operational, and Job Costing modules
• Proficiency in Object Designer and comfort working within customized NAV/BC environments
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical, customer-focused approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and at all organizational levels
