The Associate is a developing mid-level consultant responsible for owning discipline-specific deliverables, coordinating with clients and design partners, and supporting the delivery of larger projects. Responsibilities include leading small projects, contributing to larger projects, building client relationships, and maintaining alignment across disciplines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling, and construction documentation
- BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent technical or field experience
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub
- Industry certifications preferred but not required: EIT, CDT, RCDD, PE
