Job Description
TEECOM is a fast-growing $40+ million/year consulting engineering firm seeking a Designer III to join its Acoustics team. This role involves leading the design process from conceptual to construction administration, leveraging Revit for modeling and collaboration. The designer will be responsible for ensuring accurate project documentation, client communication, and teamwork. They will also mentor junior team members and stay updated on relevant design trends.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering and/or Physics or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Architecture, Engineering, & Construction industry experience
- Knowledge of acoustic fundamentals and acoustics
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience with software like EASE, CATT, ODEON, INSUL, MaxMSP
- Experience with sound design, binaural recording, and multimedia production
