The Principal Consultant is a senior-level technical leader responsible for delivering complex, multi-discipline projects and serving as a trusted subject matter expert within your discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent technical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services with strong discipline-specific capability.
- Demonstrated experience delivering coordinated, high-quality designs and making sound decisions within your discipline.
- Ability to lead discipline-specific portions of complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight.
- Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, client expectations, documentation standards, and coordination requirements.
