Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Consultant to lead large, complex projects spanning multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom engineering and experience with clients, product manufacturers, contractors, and design team members. This role involves delegating work effectively, promoting teamwork, mentoring less senior staff, and developing relationships with clients to lead to repeat business.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering (electrical preferred) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of eight years of discipline (telecom/structured cabling) design for facilities construction projects
- Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Bluebeam Studio
