Job Description
Heartland Boys Academy is looking for a Youth Worker/Direct Care staff to work with at-risk teen boys ages 12-17 in a residential setting. The position requires living on campus and providing daily care and support to the students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related fields such as youth ministry, psychology, etc.
- Prior experience in youth ministry, camp counseling, residential care, house parenting, etc.
- Good driving record for the past 3 years
- Ability to lead and direct
- Time management and conflict resolution skills
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
