Job Description
Design innovative and trend-right activewear collections from concept to final prototype, balancing creativity with commercial viability. Create detailed sketches, digital illustrations, and presentation boards to clearly communicate design intent. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity throughout the development cycle.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of industry experience required
- BA, BFA or BS in Design required (or equivalent)
- Comfortable in Adobe Suites platforms
- Experience and comfortable working in PLM system
- Expert in your technical knowledge and design ability
- Expert knowledge of the Canadian and U.S. apparel industry landscape, with focus on intimates brands and retailers; knowledge of activewear a plus
- Razor sharp attention to detail around product/process so that we build beautiful technical apparel
- Strong comprehension of market analytics to better understand how lines and garments are performing in the market
- Must have a valid passport
