TEHORA is looking for a business analyst with excellent technical skills to provide expert advice on business analysis and process improvement. The selected person will contribute to the evolution of judicial services and the organization of work in the palaces, and will be responsible for documenting current and target processes, creating operational procedures, and producing various deliverables.

Requirements

• Hold a university undergraduate degree in business administration or any other relevant field
• Have five (5) years of experience in interventions in a user environment aimed at documenting or updating business processes
• Have collaborated on change management strategies or plans incorporating a communication plan
