Requirements

• University degree in business administration, commerce, procurement, or relevant field
• Five years of experience in writing service proposals for international funders
• Certification in supply chain management (CSCM) is an asset
• Knowledge of economic and social development in emerging economies
• Excellent writing and synthesis abilities
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Autonomy and creativity
• Excellent interpersonal skills
