Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in process optimization and tool development, implementation of governance and management structures, and project management skill development
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in organizational transformation, continuous improvement, and change management (consulting role)
• Knowledge of PMBOK practices, ability to structure governance frameworks, experience in consulting role, functional leadership, and autonomy
