A key client is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to manage internal IT support, oversee relationships with external IT managed service providers, and guide a team to maintain smooth and efficient IT operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Support Manager, Systems Analyst, System Administrator, IT Project Manager or similar.
- Strong knowledge of network administration and support.
- Proficiency in managing Office 365 environments.
- Experience with SharePoint installations and configurations.
- Familiarity with PowerPages, MS Dynamics, Azure, and WordPress.
- Understanding of cyber security principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Java and other programming languages is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
