Job Description
Tekion is a transformational platform disrupting the automotive retail industry with a seamless integration of OEMs, retailers, and consumers. The Lead Automation QA Engineer will architect and execute advanced automation, focusing on both E2E business process validation and implementing AI-powered testing tools. The role involves both technical hands-on work and mentoring a team to deliver high-quality software.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ automation QA experience
- Hands-on experience automating tests across Salesforce, middleware/implementation platforms, and ERP systems like NetSuite
- Advanced SQL query skills for backend data validation and reconciliation
- Strong experience with API automation (Rest Assured or similar) and automated UI testing tools
- Experience with mobile automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, etc.)
- Familiarity or experience with AI/LLM/RAG or willingness to learn
- Proficient with CI/CD, Agile workflows, and test automation best practices
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
