The HR Business Partner will be responsible for HR support for Tekion's team across product and engineering functions within the organization.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 plus years as an People Business Partner preferably in product and engineering
• Ability to build trust and drive team effectiveness.
• Strong organization, project management, and communication skills.
• Keenly attuned to issues of diversity and inclusion.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision and develop effective working relationships.
