Job Description
Tekion is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to drive the vision, execution, and continuous improvement of automation pipelines, deployment workflows, and resilient cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, including large-scale automation and modern infrastructure management.
- Deep experience with modern DevOps tooling and practices (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven expertise in automation, configuration management, monitoring/alerting, and incident response.
- Solid understanding of security best practices for cloud-native environments (e.g., IAM, RBAC, encryption, compliance frameworks).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders, prioritize work, and build high-performing teams.
