Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A

The Senior Financial Analyst leads complex financial analyses and planning activities to support strategic decision-making and business performance management.

Requirements

• 5-6yrs years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and financial planning platforms
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP for financial statement analysis
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities with minimal supervision
