Requirements
- Prior manufacturing experience (but we'll train you if you don't have it)
- Ability to work Rotating 12-hour shifts (7a-7p & 7p-7a - switching every 4 weeks)
- Commitment to join the United Steelworkers (USW) Union upon being hired
- Stable work history, strong work ethic, and desire to learn/grow
- âCan Doâ attitude with a proven track record of reliability
- Ability to work on your feet, lifting/pushing/pulling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
