Maintenance Technician-Manufacturing position responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring proper functionality of machine mechanisms, and performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.

Requirements

• Follow established safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure proper functionality of machine mechanisms
• Collaborate with operators to gather information about machine problems
• Accurately document maintenance activities
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose and repair equipment
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance
• Proactively inspect equipment to diagnose current and potential issues
• Disassemble, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment
• Use precision measuring tools and testing instruments
• Ensure electrical work conforms with local building and safety codes
• Inspect and test electrical equipment
• Identify defects in wiring and electrical equipment
• Perform major electrical repairs
• Replace faulty electrical components
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Identify and resolve leaks in hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks
• Perform other related duties
