Job Description
We at Tekpoint are experts in the sale of telecommunications products and consumer electronics. Through customer-oriented service, innovative sales channels and a competent team, we have continuously expanded our business relationships with our customers and suppliers.
Requirements
- Creation, review, and negotiation of international contracts and offers (German & English)
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and legal requirements
- Communication and negotiation with international suppliers and customers
- Interface management, collaboration with Legal and Sales
- Monitoring existing contracts including deadlines and milestones
- Conducting risk analyses and identifying potential for savings
- Research work
- Collaboration with international partners, especially in the Asian region
- Support with legal questions in contract and AGB law
