Job Description
We are seeking a DevOps Support Engineer for a long-term project (6 months -1 year). The DevOps Support engineer will assist with day-to-day support activities and development tasks of the Digital Enablement team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps roles
- Deep knowledge of Linux, Windows, networking, and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
- Strong scripting or programming skills (Python, Go, Bash, JavaScript, Typescript, or similar)
- Ability to think systemically, communicate clearly, and take ownership
- Strong development skills and can code well in at least one language
- Proficient setting up and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines from build to deployment including some system that stores the build artifacts
- Solid understanding of how the cloud works, with strong experience in at least one cloud provider. Bonus for it being AWS
- Demonstrate a broad array of technological experience including using operating systems, networking, how APIs work, etc.
- Candidates should be a strong learner, self-motivated, and detail oriented
- Must be adaptability to changing technologies and methodologies to meet new business needs
- Familiarity with Artifactory to find an answer to a solution, and can become an Artifactory expert.
