Job description
We are seeking a Project & Engineering Lead to join our TekSynap “West” team. The Project & Engineering Lead will oversee, coordinate, and track all Project & Engineering tasks and deliverables. The role requires advanced management expertise with experience leading enterprise technical teams.
The Project & Engineering Lead will be responsible for performing high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of very complex applications. The role will also involve directing and participating in all phases of system development, including planning, analysis, evaluation, integration, testing, and acceptance phases.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of program and project management concepts, processes, and techniques consistent with the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and industry best practice. The candidate will also have advanced expertise in decomposing project requirements to generate a work breakdown structure, risk management analysis, and procedures.
