
Job description
Lead the technical development of Mercury's newest products and programs, taking concepts from the whiteboard to fully fielded products. Develop and maintain design plans and schedules, coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, and ensure successful project completion on time and within budget.
Lead integration and coordination across functional teams, serve as primary liaison between engineering project team and key stakeholders, own the success of assigned projects, and develop comprehensive project plans.
Experience in aerospace and defense projects, project management skills, and experience with scheduling, tracking, and risk management tools and methodologies are required. Strong team-building and interpersonal skills, with a focus on mentoring and personnel development, are preferred.
