Job description
Lead the Engineering team as a senior technical leader driving strategic initiatives and architectural decisions for leading-edge secure microelectronics. Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight across multiple product lines and programs within the Microsystems Aerospace portfolio.
Define product engineering strategy and roadmaps, lead technology assessments, serve as principal technical authority, mentor and develop Product Engineers, and architect and oversee complex NPI programs.
Demonstrated technical leadership and impact, expertise in advanced packaging technologies, heterogeneous integration, and multi-chiplet systems, and mastery of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
