Job description
As a principal mechanical engineer, you will take a hands-on role in designing, analyzing, and testing complex electronics subsystems that directly support mission-critical product development. You will bring fresh thinking and technical leadership to challenging design problems, helping drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
Design and develop electronic module assemblies, perform mechanical packaging tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead products from concept to production release, conceptualize and design mechanical hardware and systems, and conduct peer reviews of designs and analyses.
This role requires strong experience in electronics packaging, design, and processes, as well as a solid understanding of structural dynamics, heat transfer, and thermal management of electronics. Familiarity with 3D CAD software, material control processes, and documentation is also preferred.
