Job description
The selected candidate will play a central role in defining, supporting, and delivering the next generation of industry-leading edge processing subsystems solutions. The role requires collaboration across a matrixed, multi-disciplinary engineering organization and close engagement with customers to ensure successful outcomes.
Direct collaboration with Chief Engineers, program management, business development, operations, supply chain, and leadership. Contributing to multiple fast-moving programs, addressing complex systems challenges, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of high-impact projects.
The ideal candidate is a technical systems engineering leader with experience at a major prime contractor who is eager to remain actively involved in technical work. They should be driven to make a tangible difference by taking a hands-on approach and demonstrating agile leadership to accomplish objectives efficiently.
