Job description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our TekSynap “West” team. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and communicating the overall success of the program, ensuring alignment with critical agency priorities. The role will oversee fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program.
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating with the KO and COR in making decisions impacting the overall contract, managing large projects or processes, and analyzing problems/issues of diverse scope and determining solutions.
The ideal candidate will have advanced management expertise with experience leading enterprise technical teams, advanced knowledge of program and project management concepts, and advanced expertise in risk management analysis and procedures.
