Role Overview

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for highly complex, large-scale programs within the federal government contracting environment. This role entails ensuring successful program delivery while balancing client objectives, organizational resources, and compliance requirements.

What You Will Do

Oversee the entire life cycle of federal programs, translate organizational objectives into actionable program strategies, ensure alignment across program activities, and manage multidisciplinary teams.
