TELCOCOM DATA HELLAS is seeking an HR Assistant to support the HR department in various administrative tasks, contribute to talent acquisition processes, and assist in employee relations initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR management systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field
