Assembly Technician

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to perform duties with minimal supervision, and thrives on challenge, mastering new information and ideas. The Assembly Technician will assemble discrete and multichip semiconductor packages, carry out precise encapsulant dispensing and controlled curing of products, and perform other tasks related to manufacturing equipment and product handling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attentiveness
• Steady hands for manual placement of small components
• Capable of following procedures, detailed written/verbal instructions
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and digital—and maintains clear, accurate documentation
• Effectively prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines and workflow demands
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing positively to team efforts
