Job Description
We are looking for a Contracts Manager to provide support for the Contracts function for Teledyne Digital Imaging. The Contracts Manager will draft, negotiate, and review contracts for the sale/supply of TDI products and services, and work closely with all functions to provide support for the implementation of contracts with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in law, business, or commerce
- Experience (+3 years) in contracts management, including drafting and preparation of contracts
- Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills, both in one-on-one and group situations
- Experience applying organizational standards when preparing tenders/proposals, negotiating terms and conditions, and drafting contracts
- Experience and working knowledge of Canadian and U.S. export control regulations
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and to manage a high volume of work at a detailed level in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience in managing complex contracts matters, identifying risks, and developing innovative solutions with a successful record of problem-solving
- Ability to interact effectively with other functions
