Production Controller Assistant

The Production Control Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of production activities for Penetrator products and assigned programs at Teledyne DGO. This role assists with schedule management, work order tracking, material coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure production goals, program milestones, and customer commitments are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, manufacturing, or supply chain preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production control, scheduling, or administrative support (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a production environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
