Quality Engineer

Join Teledyne Energy Systems, Inc. as a Quality Engineer 2 and be responsible for ensuring product and process compliance, driving continual improvement, and supporting production and supplier quality. Develop standards and methods for product testing and evaluation, support process development, and perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of directly related experience and/or training
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quality Software
• General knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma/Kaizen
• Ability to travel (domestically/internationally) approximately 10%
