Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior contract management within defence, aerospace, or other highly regulated commercial sectors, supporting multiple business units simultaneously.
- Confident handling of complex, non-standard, and highly negotiated contractual frameworks, including government, defence, export-controlled, and major commercial agreements.
- Proven track record of leading multi-party contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms while managing legal, commercial, regulatory, and operational risk.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage concurrent negotiations, contract reviews, and strategic support across diverse product and business portfolios.
- Highly effective communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder management capabilities, able to engage credibly with senior leadership, programme teams, technical experts, customers, suppliers, and legal counsel.
