Requirements

• 2+ years of experience coordinating technical teams
• Knowledge in perimeter security environments, especially firewalls from different manufacturers
• Excel management
• Experience creating work shifts
• Experience in client handling
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Experience making follow-up reports in PowerPoint and PowerBI
• Experience in Multiclient/Multifabricante environments
