We are looking for an experienced Head of Software Engineering who will lead our team of PHP programmers and work with us to create innovative technological solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leading position in a programming team
- Advanced knowledge of PHP and web technology ecosystem
- Experience in leading programming projects
- Ability to effectively manage a team and motivate them
- Knowledge of the latest trends in web technologies and AI
- Ability to optimize processes and automate
- Startup mindset - flexibility, initiative, and openness to changes
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
