Job Description
As a Senior Process Analyst, you will define process management standards, maintain the Process Landscape, and identify improvement areas to strengthen organizational maturity. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes, design sustainable solutions, and provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
Requirements
- Master's degree
- 7+ years of experience in BPM, process consulting or similar roles
- Proficiency in English, Dutch or French
- Experience in delivering end-to-end process transformations
- Strong knowledge of BPM principles, frameworks, and methodologies
- Experience with process modelling and BPM tools
- Affinity with IT, network infrastructure, and telco operational processes
