TP Spain Barcelona is looking for an On-Site Agent with Catalan for the Barcelona Citizens Service Office. The ideal candidate will advise and guide citizens on municipal procedures, provide on-site and phone attention, and manage procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree / FPII
• Mandatory level of C1 Catalan spoken and written
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Agility with the keyboard for data entry
• Valued English
• Knowledge of the city of Barcelona and its municipal surroundings
• Fluency in spoken and written Catalan, as well as verbal skills and pleasant treatment, active listening, and synthesis of communication
• Flexibility in adapting to the interlocutor
• Mental agility and speed in solving problems and decision-making
