As an Account Manager for Sales Ads Direct, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses advertising on our Client’s platform.
Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of SMB clients advertising on our Client’s platform
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, media objectives, and challenges
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client portfolio
- Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance
- Work with performance targets and KPIs, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and retention objectives
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with SMB clients
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce
- Adapt quickly to evolving client needs, platform updates, and shifting business priorities
