Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- C2 level of German and English
- 2 Years Sales Experience: previous sales experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.
- Strong ability to close deals with warm SMB leads by aligning solutions with marketing and business goals.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and consistently deliver results.
- CRM Experience: strong experience managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM tools for growth.
- Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights for tailored outreach
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain complex ideas to various audiences
- Thrives in a goal-oriented environment and contributes to team success.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
