We're hiring Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Belfast City Centre. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll provide a proactive and reactive service to make sure that our customers meet all of their financial arrangements in-line with their own financial goals. You'll receive all the tools you need to be able to do this role in your company lead Training and time in Grad Bay.
Requirements
- Providing outstanding customer service and helping the organisation to achieve its goals
- Educating customers in the different ways they can do their banking, supporting them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs
- Accurately and compliantly completing processes and procedures, while providing the customer with a seamless and positive experience
- Taking the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes for any customer needs, regularly reviewing and taking mitigating actions when gaps are identified to ensure good customer outcomes
