Requirements
- Native level Japanese language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
- Business-level English language proficiency (reading, writing, basic conversation)
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or account management is an advantage
- Strong customer focus and willingness to propose solutions and resolve issues
