The Assistant Manager, Solutions is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of customized logistics solutions for e-commerce marketplaces and retailers. The ideal candidate is a problem solver and strategic thinker with a strong background in logistics, capable of managing complex solutions and aligning multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or related roles, with hands-on experience in managing logistics solutions or product launches
- Experience in e-commerce, retail logistics, or 3PL is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
- In-depth understanding of cross-border logistics, air freight, customs, and delivery operations
- Problem-solver able to translate customer challenges into clear, executable solution designs
- Strong data analysis skills; able to use performance metrics to guide decisions
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong execution discipline
- Structured and detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning capabilities
- Strong leadership, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Works well with regional teams remotely, keeping communication clear and timely across different time zones
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive results
