Act as primary point of contact for air logistics clients, build trust, and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with sales, operations, and booking teams to manage orders and optimize cargo space allocation. Monitor end-to-end shipment transportation to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• Ability to handle emails and systems in English, with basic spoken English communication skills
• Adaptable, proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working efficiently under pressure
