Regional Head of Sales Excellence

As Southeast Asia’s #1 integrated logistics provider, Teleport is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to establish and drive the Sales Excellence function across its regional footprint. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in enterprise sales, deep experience in the air transportation or logistics industry, and a proven track record in orchestrating large-scale sales transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations, or Sales Excellence roles within a high-growth, regional environment.
• Industry expertise in the air transportation, air cargo, or freight forwarding industry.
• Change management acumen and ability to lead or significantly contribute to large-scale organizational change management or sales transformation programs.
• Analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing sales data, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence, motivate, and manage stakeholders across diverse geographical and cultural teams without direct reporting authority.
• Exceptional presentation, training, and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in a key Southeast Asian language is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Management, or a related field.
• An advanced degree is a benefit.
