Job Description
Telesat is a leading global satellite operator seeking a Senior Satellite Communications System Engineering Specialist. The role focuses on requirements specifications, design documents, and technical performance budgets for development teams. This position involves a generalist background with expertise in the areas of Space mission development, Satellite design, and network control, working within the Systems Engineering group. The company offers a hybrid remote work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Aerospace, or Systems engineering or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in the development and deployment at the Systems Engineering level
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- At least 5 years of experience working in the satellite communications industry
- Experience and expertise in Systems Engineering
