Job Description
We're looking for an Account Manager to join us at Telia in Vilnius. The role involves managing existing and future business clients' needs, advising on IT and telecommunications solutions, and building long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Build and foster long-term relationships to ensure both Telia's and customers' business targets are achieved
- Provide consistent client support and engagement
- Prepare commercial offers and manage negotiations to secure contracts
- Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address customer requirements and ensure satisfaction
