Job Description
As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Telia Norge, you will have a key role in developing the company's marketing automation and customer dialogue. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and optimization of automated customer dialogues, and contribute to smarter personalization based on data, insights, and customer behavior.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or data-driven customer communication
- Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
- Good understanding of data, segmentation, and triggers
- Experience with testing, effect measurement, and continuous optimization
- Ability to balance customer experience and business goals
- Professional responsibility and ability to prioritize in a complex landscape
