Job description
As a Deployment Engineer at telli, you will own dedicated accounts during the pilot phase, drive commercial outcomes, and manage pilot projects end-to-end. You will partner with engineering and customers to develop and ship production-ready AI agents. You will also build, maintain, and improve workflows for customer onboarding, pilot management, and agent development.
You will build, design, and refine AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations daily, track agent performance, and continuously improve. You will also debug technical issues, provide hands-on support, and lead customer workshops and training sessions.
You will be a great fit if you have >1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, executive presence, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. You should be able to lead complex projects, build workflows and AI agents, and have business sense.
