Requirements

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions for managing databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and others
• Collaborate with engineering to identify and resolve pain points in managing large-scale, high-availability database infrastructure
• Lead the migration of existing database services from VMs to Kubernetes, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless transitions
• Support disaster recovery, backup strategies, and performance tuning for on-premise database systems
• Implement and manage observability, logging, and alerting systems
